"Six months after my last coaching session with Rebecca, I have found a combination of activities that works for me. I consistently hear that I look 'really well put together', 'so happy' and 'seem to have more energy'."
“Rebecca helped give me the confidence I know that I had in myself but didn’t know how to reach. She helped me realize my strengths and not run away from my weaknesses. She helped me focus on the positive aspects of all parts of my life even when I didn’t necessarily recognize them.”

“Each week I feel a little stronger, more flexible. I really enjoy your mind/body/spirit approach to yoga. I have such little flexibility in my left knee, it’s hard for me to sit back on my legs. It was interesting too when you came around behind me tonight and supported me, I was able to relax into the pose and the pain in my ankles and knees actually disappeared. Anyway, I appreciate what you do and look forward to my gradual growth in this practice. This is a particularly stressful time for me at work and the yoga really helps. It’s definitely noticeable. Thanks!”
“I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you much I appreciate being able to learn from you and share yoga. You are a truly gifted teacher. Your generous nature comes through every time. I greatly appreciate the time you spend thinking about our progress and preparing new paths for us to travel on as a class. That thoughtfulness always shows through your instruction. I feel extremely blessed to be a part of CPY. Is it so wonderful to come and be part of a group where explanations are not required, everyone is accepted, and you just have to be. Thank you for creating that place.”
“BTW, I read your free report the other day – like it a lot. As a matter of fact, you inspired me to clean out 4 bags worth of clothes and shoes from my closet and go through 2 junk drawers. Didn’t hurt that I was procrastinating a long run, but still felt really good and made the run that much lighter.”
“Adding restorative yoga to my wellness routine has made a huge difference in managing my stress. In addition to sleeping better, I credit the restorative yoga, along with diet and exercise, for helping me start to lose weight and gain an overall sense of well-being. Rebecca has a perfect balance of getting you set up to do restorative, through gentle stretching and breathing exercises, with taking the time to get you into the restorative poses and guiding you to deep relaxation. Even better…you can come away with some lessons you can practice on your own at home. I don’t know how I lived without it!”
“After our almost two-hour session, I didn’t immediately feel different. But that night, I slept more than eight hours and woke up with an amazing amount of energy! I baked blueberry lemon scones, juiced lemons for fresh lemonade, did three loads of laundry, cleaned the cat box and the rest of the apartment, packed for a trip, and for good measure made a great mushroom and shrimp pasta dish for dinner. Even at 10 p.m. I was looking around thinking, “What else can I get done?” But my high energy was not a caffeinated or anxious feeling that would keep me from sleeping well. Even though I slept only six hours that next night, I felt like it was of great quality and I just didn’t need as much. And the energy has carried into the week. I’m not falling asleep in mid-afternoon, and I’m not as hungry, either. I’m not sure if it’s all connected, but it feels great. I can’t wait to make this part of a weekly ritual. Thanks again for sharing this with us!”
