Introduction to Vigorous Flow Yoga
Sunday April 28th, 2013 from 2:00-3:30pm
Circle Yoga
This workshop will provide you with the basics and help you feel confident and prepared to step into Vigorous Flow classes, now being offered by Rebecca at Circle Yoga. This style of yoga is a faster paced vinyasa (flow) class which, when practiced with careful awareness, gives you the full benefits of a yoga practice in addition to a challenging workout. Rebecca will guide you through the foundations of a steady flowing vinyasa practice, giving special attention to the transitions between standing postures and vinyasa flows, so you can safely and proudly attend regular weekly classes. This workshop is appropriate for students who are very comfortable in a Level 1-2 yoga class.

Private Yoga Lessons
Big yoga studios and gyms offer classes with limited potential for individual attention. Teachers of those classes do their best to guide all students with the same cuing when in reality each student is unique and different.
